I am suffering from abdominal bloating and flatulence. I am a vegetarian person though I used lentils very little. I am preparing for my post graduate so I can not run or go to gym everyday. I can only do moderate home workout like yoga.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis/hepatitis or irritable bowel disease 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Dear lybrateuser, - Other than lentils, also avoid citrus fruits, vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, radish, tomato, raw onion & garlic, restrict dairy products, also avoid more than 1-2'cups of tea, coffee per day, have plenty of oral fluids, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion - yes, yoga will be beneficial for digestion - reduce weight by diet & exercise to help relieve from your problem.
