Hi You have to eat for your hunger. Even if you take less food, make sure the food is rich in micronutrients like vitamins and minerals. You should take adequate protein and healthy fat to get healthy baby Eat lentils, legumes and a handful of nuts everyday Fish is good for you Avoid sugars Eat at least 2 fruits and 2 veggies everyday.
