Dear lybrate-user, it is possible to preserve eggs by taking medications (injections) for ovarian stimulation and then getting them out under anesthesia by a procedure called OPU or ovum pick up. These eggs can be frozen. However this is indicated only if you are not planning to conceive for immediate few years. Egg freezing does not guarnatee pregnancy. Also note that freezing eggs is not a treatment for PCOD, it is only a way to preserve fertility.
