I am a 32 year old woman. My parents were sick headed and sex addicts. My father molested me when I was 10 years old. After that over the years there has been several harassment from my parents leading to which now I have zero relation with my family as they treated me like a shit. Now these things have led me to suffer from constant panic, anxiety and depression. Also, my relationship with friends and colleagues is poor. I cannot bring out my own self from the age of 10 and I feel I am living in a shell all my life. I have difficulty concentrating and always live in the fear that my family will harm me as because now that I am earning and living a well off life my father constantly abuses me verbally and says his brothers and sisters will harm me. Please help.
