I am 17 years old boy because of studying I can't sleep very well and now I can't sleep until 4 a.m. So what should I do? Do I take clonafit 0.5 MD tablets or not, if yes then please do tell me and about its side effects as well?

Hi Lybrate user It's very dangerous for health to don't take proper sleep. Change your study schedule. Go to bed Early and get up early in the morning. You have to go for sleep before 10 pm and get up at 4 AM. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks. Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables. Do light exercise, Yoga and meditation regularly. Take syp Sarsawatarishtam Gold 10 ml two times a day with milk. Tc thanks Regards.
