I was having piles occasionally and it gets over within 2-3 days but this time I'm having immense pain while going toilet and through out the day the pain persists I'm taking himalaya pilex but still its over more than 10 days and I'm suffering with the pain and it's too hard to sit in office .As I'm living in pg so I'm eating hotel food. Please suggest some natural remedy so cure the pain.

I sympathize with you. The problem is you are diagnosing your own problem & treating yourself. Go to a General surgeon, or a proctologist and tell your problems, let him examine you and give a diagnosis and treatment. As per your history you are having greasy food and treating yourself with wrong medicine. In my opinion you have an acute anal fissure or a peri anal abscess. Please see a near by doctor urgently.

As per your complain you have no piles but fissure in ano. So you have to avoid spicy food, non veg, take fruit and salad. Apply coconut oil before and after defecation. Tripla powder at bedtime.
