Am outside the country. Had lumber surgery (l4/L5) last October. The surgery has ended the numbness in legs and feet while walking. But lately I feel pain while walking on the left side of the buttock rather top joint between left leg and back. Any suggestions until I return to India and consult a doctor? There is no pain while lying down and paracetamol does not help much nor does Volini gel. Is it muscular pain and how to cure it?
