Hi, I am facing back pain (dis comfort) from past few months. Its not paining its just some discomfort which is becoming more. From childhood I have a habit of poor sitting posture, that time I was not faced any problem. 2 months back I have met the physiotherapist and explained, He tested me and said this is due to low muscle strength and poor posture. He suggested me few stretching exercises. I am not following daily but once in a while I am doing. If I sit straight I feel discomfort in middle of the back. So I request you to give me the better suggestion.
