Hi, I'm 74 years old male. I have pain in left leg. MRI report: Broad based posterior disc bulge at L3-4 to L5-S1 levels causing narrowing of both neutral foramina and L3 & L4 nerve roots and central canal narrowing at L4-5 & L5-S1 level. Posterior disc bulge at L2-3 level causing narrowing of both neutral foramina & minimal narrowing of L2 nerve root. AP dia at L1-2: 14 mm, L2-3: 12 mm, L3-4: 10 mm, L4-5: 08 mm, L5-S1: 09 mm. Please advise.
