I have thyroid & being putting on weight lst few months suggest me diet & I also take alcohol once a week. my diet include morning tea with biscuits & toast followed by a lunch prefer rice in afternoon & rates at night could you suggest me diet so I could reduce my weight & be fit in future thanks.

Firstly maintain you thyroid level. Have high antioxidant, high fiber, normal protein diet like- fruits, green vegetable etc.
