I have pain in my right ankle since 1 year. Doctor said its stress injury due to running. Is it possible to cure it completely and resume my running and other cardio exercises?

Stress injuries are most common in athletes and marching people. You need to take rest for complete resolution of pain. Then you can resume your exercises.
Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
