Hi lybrate-user. I shall try my best to solve your query. Gastritis is usually due to increase or continuous exposure of gastric mucosa to acid that is usually present in our stomach. It causes burning sensation and even pain and heaviness in chest. One need to avoid oily spicy food, tea coffee, avoid immediate lying down after meals. Rest you can consult me in detail with reports. Hope it helped.
