Due to stomach problems I want to leave dairy products Can I survive wholly on vegetarians products leaving dairy.

Yes you can. You can even substitute animal milk with soy milk, paneer with tofu and can try curd/ buttermilk if it suits you. For complete protein, try to combine cereals and pulses for eg, in khichdi, dal-chawal, dal daliya, dal-roti, idli, dosa etc. Include nuts and seeds, for extra protein and calcium. Keep getting your calcium ,vitamin B12 levels checked periodically for any deficiencies and if they precipitate, have supplements.
