How often should bras be worn? Is it good to wear bra right after doing breast massage with olive oil? I massage my breasts with olive oil for the stiffness and tightness of my breasts. Wearing it, is good for stiffness and helps to bring loose tissues back to their position or should breasts be left loose for the skin to breathe for a while after massage? I do it daily for 5-10 minutes before taking bath. Will massage help out in building strong tissues? When m at home I wear bra Just for 3-4 hours, but always either remove or unhook it while sleeping.

There is no benefit of massage, bra should be worn as maximum time as possible. Breast support should always be there.

For women who have petite/small breast size, its absolutely fine to not wear bras, because there is no external support required to contain the small breast volume.
