I am 26 years old woman. I am not a thin one or nor even a weighty one. I have perfect shape. But I am very much weak. I feel breathing problem after 10-15 miles of walking under the sun but the problem doesn't arises in the dark. I need an diet chart to be feet and healthy. Moreover I would love to have glow in my skin along with my hair. Please provide me the diet chart for fitness and also add food for skin and hair along with it. Thank you.

For hair use Patanjali hair oil and shampoo. For face Nivea skin whitening cream. Diet small frequent meal containing bland food and lot of salad before each meal and take fruits in between meal. Brisk walking daily.
