Im 21 years old and im Over weight I stopped eating junk foods and outside food past 2 months n eating 2000kcal per day am doing light weight exercises but I feel tired and heavy whole day and I do not feel active very much. How to reduce weight and to regain my activeness back. Thank you in advance.
