Being underweight can be due to several reasons like- genetics, metabolism, drug use, lack of food, eating disorder, or illness (both physical and mental). Being�underweight�can be associated with certain medical conditions too so please rule out the reason. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. Choose nutrient-rich foods. Include heathy dry fruits in and in between meals. Try smoothies and shakes. Do not drink before meal include pulpy fruits and preparation. Have an occasional treat of food you like to eat. Exercise regularly.
