If you are deficient in those vitamins, pleaae go ahead with supplements suggested to you by Mbbs doctor. Dosage will be decided by doctor depending on your deficiency level. There are no side effects of medicine s as they are just supplements. Infact will improve your health if you take them regularly. Also meet prossional Dietitan in your area to guide you further in terms of correct diet.

I will suggest you to include eneegy giving food like a 1 Banana or 1 Apple or any available seasonal Fruit. Also include some dry nuts like Peanut, almonds and walnuts almost handful. *Include sufficient liquids or energy drink throught out your play. Post activity include Soya and Mung. I will suggest to include even egg, that will be very helpful.

Yes you can include them for muscle gain provided you are doing workouts. It is suggested to have them with water for instant absorption. Good brands are available in market and you need to consult your health counsellor as per your body needs. Usually 25-30 gm protiens in one scoop, one serving is recommended. Number of scoops will depends on your health status, activity and requirements. Overdose can cause toxicity.

Hypothyroidism is a medical condition, which involves various healrh complications and can even result in weight gain. You are definitely suppose to include medicines early morning and empty stomach. Dosage of medicine will depends on your Thyroid hormone levels. Endocrinologist would be the right person to suggest you for accurate dosage. Regarding diet, restrict your intake of Soyabean, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli and include millets like Jowar, bajra and ragi in your meals. Include plenty of fruits and veg.

Dear Dr. From yesterday am feeling quite uncomfortable while having food, while eating am not able to get taste of food from right side tongue and another side it is normal. I don't know what to do, I tried in several ways by having spicy items but am conform right side tongue not behaving normal. Please help me.

It can also refer to an altered sense, such as a metallic taste in the mouth. It's very rare to lose your sense of taste.  Causes of impaired taste range from the common cold to more serious medical conditions involving the central nervous system. Impaired taste can also be a sign of normal aging. I will suggest you to meet your general physician on a priority.

Saffron has immense medicinal benefits for a pregnant woman like increasing blood circulation, suppress cramps, beats flatulence and bloating. You can take a pinch of saffron boiled in milk everyday for its medicinal benefits during pregnancy.

As per your height, you anyways do not need to lose anymore weight. If by mistake, if by mistake, if you have entered wrongly, get it corrected. Will surely guide you.

It will be really helpful, if you can mention what exact hormonal problem you are facing, so can guide you in terms of diet. Please contact me through mail for further guidance. For your height, your are ideal weight. So no need to lose weight. Regarding other issue, diet will not help you. You need to consult Gynaecologist.

Brisk walking gor 45 min-1 hour at a strech is necessary. Also need to know your medical parameters so can guide you properly. Weight loss can be achieved either by eating fewer calories or by burning more calories with physical activity, preferably both. Healthy weight loss program consists of reasonable, realistic weight loss goal and reduced calorie, nutritionally-balanced eating plan. Follow few tips and contact dietitan for further weight loss: Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (see list. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly.

Being underweight can be due to several reasons like- genetics, metabolism, drug use, lack of food, eating disorder, or illness (both physical and mental). Being underweight can be associated with certain medical conditions too so please rule out the reason. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. Choose nutrient-rich foods. Include heathy dry fruits in and in between meals. Try smoothies and shakes. Do not drink before meal include pulpy fruits and preparation. Have an occasional treat of food you like to eat. Exercise regularly.
