Hello Experts, Right now I'm under weight loss plan. I have loss 3 KG body weight within 2 weeks. I had been suffering from High Blood Pressure since last year. My BP was 148/92. But right now it is in the proper stage & problems are almost gone which I was suffering from High Blood Pressure. Now my Personal Trainer is recommending me to take Whey Protein Supplement. My question is that Can I take Whey Protein, Casein Protein, BCAA, Glutamine daily? I don't eat any kind of outside foods, fast foods, oily, unhealthy fats, rice etc.

Hello, If you are gyming, then you need more protein ,for the muscles.to repair. You can go for natural sources of protein like eggs, chicken , milk and milk products, pulses , quinoa , sattu , etc
