I am suffering from high sugar level. My glucose lvl is 281 How I can reduce sugar level ?

Avoid all sugar foods.Avoid mangoes too.Avoid oily fried food.Do brisk walking for 45 mins everyday.

Follow diabetic diet strictly. Take lots of vegetables and salad. Use whole grains and flour made of it instead of refined one. Take small frequent meals instead of large ones. Avoid junk food, soft drinks fruit juices (use non sweet fruits in moderation). Execise regularly like walking yoga etc. Remain physically active most of the time. If blood sugar not controlled with these measures start medicine as per advice of a Physician. Monitor blood sugar regularly. Do not compare with other diabetic patients.
