I have tried doing lots of exercises but I can't reduce on my weight. What could be the problem?

Metabolism plays a great role in loosing weight. Drink enough water, Cut down on sugar and salt, Have heavy breakfast and very light dinner, Go for no carb dinner, drink 2-3 cups of green tea, Cut down on refined carbs and have a diet rich in Protein and fiber.
