Hi Sir/mam, I am 23 years old, my weight is <55, I have a big problem, when I go to latrine, a lot of time be wasted for cleaning the stool, perhaps 30m to 45m, This problem is occurring since 2-3 yrs, but I have not taken any treatment, now I am so desperate to get rid from it, since 1 month, i'm taking a medicine,(marilive) for liver, so pls tell me sir or mam, why this problem is being occurred, how can I prevent this problem?

For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative and if necessary take 10 ml of syp cremaffin at night
