My daughter is 3 Yo and has fever cold and phlegm. She weighs 12 kgs. Gave her mucolite s - 7 ml for phlegm and little cough at 9.30 pm. Fever was 100.9 at 11 pm so gave her 2.5 ml ibugesic plus. She still has cold. Should I give her maxtra too. Is the ibugesic plus dose fine. She has cold since a week. Have been giving her maxtra on and off since den. Please advise.

It's due to viral infection which causes all those symptoms. You should continue maxtra 5 ml thrice daily for 5 days. And 2.5 ml ibugesic after food (when fever comes i.e. More than 100F. If not productive cough mucolite s has no role now.
