This syrup is the combination of three medicine which includes Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Salbutamol. It is used for the treatment of cough with mucus. Ambroxol clears the respiratory tract and breaks up the phlegm. It aids in the release of surfactant which in turn prevents the mucus from sticking to the bronchial wall. Guaifenesin being an expectorant, it works by loosening congestion in your throat and chest, making it easier to cough out through the mouth. Salbutamol is a short-acting beta-2 agonist that stimulates beta-2 receptors in the lungs and makes breathing easier.
