I am 27 years old 6 feet height and my weight is nearly 65 kg which is low as per standard height chart (male) and I also suffering from muscle pain on shoulder and neck pains after gym. Usually I do masturbation weekly 3 to 4 times. What I have to do? Is the masturbation is safe. please give some advice.

It is safe and pains after gym is normal it means the muscle is growing please take adequate water before exercise also warm up before gym and stretch after exercise you wiill become aright.
