Hello. I am 75 kg in weight and I am thinking to reduce the weight to 70 kgs as I feel slightly overweight. What things I should take in diet and what are the things I should avoid? My diet mostly rely on potato, rice,egg, chicken,chapatis, some green vegetables.

Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less potatoes, rice. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning.
