How to make garlic juice

Only a small amount of juice is required to have an effect, so you will likely end up storing your the rest of the juice for later use.

Ingredients:

1 kilogram of garlic

Step 1 – remove the skin from all of the garlic cloves and wash them thoroughly

Step 2 – blend garlic cloves in a blender, or juicer for 2-3 minutes

Step 3 – strain the garlic pulp through a fine sieve, into a mason jar

Step 4 – slowly pour the garlic juice through a coffee filter to remove any last remnants of garlic pulp

Step 5 – pour the garlic juice into an ice cube tray to prevent oxidation and freeze

Serving suggestion: when you want to use the garlic juice, simply pop out an ice cube and add it to shakes, smoothies, soup, or hot water (for a healthy gargle)

Garlic juice side effects

Drinking too much garlic juice can cause problems with bleeding disorders, stomach upset and dizziness, as well as allergic reactions.

Bleeding: the anticoagulant nature of garlic’s active ingredients can exacerbate bleeding disorders, and should not be taken before or after a major surgery. Hello, You haven't mentioned your height. Weight gain is a gradual process. Include high protein sources like tofu, paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, milk and its products, nuts, dry fruits the diet. Good carbohydrate meals are very important. Have fresh fruits everyday. Have small and frequent meals. Mild combination of cardiovascular and weight training exercises will surely help you gain weight evenly. Adequate sleep and rest is equally important.

Hi There are many Diabetic oral medications that can be started for you but certain patient details like BMI, Recent blood tests are required to decide on that. However stopping insulin all of a sudden is not recommended, we can taper the insulin dose slowly and then stop it depending on your diabetes control.

Dear user, burning more calories that you take is the best way to lose weight. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. No do not eat in excessive amount I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hello, eating eggs in summer does no harm. However, you should limit your consumption. If you will keep on eating lot of eggs in one day then it can be a problem. But otherwise egg is good source of protein and fat too. You can limit the number of eggs but do not give up completely as they are complete food. Thank tou.
