take high protein diet like boiled eggs with milk daily,,,,,banana with milk daily in breakfast...do it alongwith weight bearing exercises,,,u'll increaseweightin a healthy manner...protein supplements available in marketare better to be avoided as they contain steroids and can badly damage kidneys and liver...take 6-8 glasses of water daily as itremoves toxins and improves digestion..drinkfreshly prepared fruit juices...can takeashwagandha powder of dabur with milk daiy...it'll help gain weight faster
