Even after eating well, I feel I don't have any energy in me. How can I become strong.

Dear lybrateuser , -To feel energetic & strong have a well balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables including seasonal & green leafy ones, wholegrains including whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn instead of refined ones, include a protein rich foods such as eggs, nonveg, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, tofu in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - avoid fried, salt rich & junk foods - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga to build muscles & stamina - have a restful sleep for at least eight hours at night - check your blood haemoglobin, sugar & thyroid hormone levels if not done earlier to rule out any other problem.
