I am suffering from GAD and depression since a long time. The doctors prescribed fluvoxin, but that resulted into triglyceride levels as high as 700 and above. Now the doc had prescribed vilazine 20. Is it a medicine safe from this side effect?

You need psychotherapy much more than medication. Also do follow a healthier lifestyle - go outdoors everyday go for a jog, if you can't jog - walk, if you can't walk - sit, if you can't go out at all - sit in an open area at home. But do spend time in natural daylight. Taka a healthy and balanced diet including plenty of water and fruits, do practice a few minutes of deep breathing daily. You deserve to live happily and peacefully. All the best.
