My brother his age is 16 he is so thin and his weight is 50 due to malnutrition he is having white patches on skin and also have weak eye sight and also delicate bones and also allergic to dust and cool climate get sneezes and running nose if he contact with dust suggest him a diet and medication which makes him to look like a man Daily his diet at mrng ragi soup and then breakfast of 4 idlis or dosa and afternoon lunch limited food he will take and won't eat any junk food evng snacks aloo bajji like oily food and night sometimes please sometimes he'll sleep empty stomach if any of house member forced to eat then also he won't eat Please help me to take care of my brother by suggesting diet and medication.

Hi Please speak to your brother and find out why he does not want to eat - specially in the night. Does he have an issue - like stomach ache/loose stools after consuming certain food items? If that is the case, he will have to undergo treatment for that and then he can gain weight , strength automatically. In case he is not facing any stomach related issues, then make sure you include a lot of proteins in his daily diet - sprouts, dal, eggs , soya are rich in protein and please ensure that he consumes any one of the above protein daily. Almond oil is a great option to help build strength, stamina and muscle mass. 6 drops of almond oil mixed with half a cup of warm milk/warm water and taken twice daily before food. The other conditions mentioned - patches, dust allergy etc will be taken care of if his strength and stamina improves. You can also consult , if you feel you need any supportive medication for him,
