Hello doc. I am 23 years old girl. I missed my periods. My periods are almost 23 days late. I did unprotected sex for two days on my fertile periods. But after two days I had one I-pill. There was no vaginal bleeding problem. Today I did pregnancy test and it came positive. I don't know wat to do. I am not facing any pregnancy symptoms. Pain in my lower abdomen is there like that I have during periods. Having problem of food aversion also. Am I really pregnant or not?
