Hello lybrate-user Please check your haemoglobin levels and also your thyroid levels. Follow these tips to improve your hunger inturn gain your weight - Eat more often and don not drink water or soups before your meal - Drink energy dense juices like mango, avacado, sapota, banana etc - Munch on nuts, - Add healthy foods like fruits and vegetables - Add butter, cheese in your diet (full fat ones rather than low fat one) - Have a good sleep - Exercise daily Let me know after following these changes.
