I have heaviness of head sometimes. Goes on after a few hours automatically. Especially heaviness behind head and scalp. And in nose area sometimes heaviness. J also have late night insomnia problem. And sleeping posture problem. please suggest me a remedy. Heaviness comes at any time. No fixed time. Sometimes heaviness occurs on lying down. But after sleep sometimes heaviness goes.
