I am 28 years old male. I was suffering from fissure problem and occasional constipation. I have been taking kayam tablet and isabgol for last 8 months. I have become dependent on them. I don't get motion without using them. If I don't take them I don't feel pressure for 3-4 days then again I have to take them for motion. I want to stop consuming them. I don't want to get dependent on them. I have tried triphala churna but it doesn't produce motion. I have tried softovac powder but it is also not so effective. One more thing I am having mucus in stool after using knee tablet and Isabgol. Sometimes my stool has undigested food particles. Sometimes I have hard stool. Sometimes I have loose stool. Hard stool cause bleeding. Sometimes I feel urge for motion after eating food but generally I am constipated. I am also using stool softener Lactulose. My weight is constantly decreasing. My appetite is not good. My digestive power has become poor. I also have gas problem. I have lost more than 10 kg in few months. Now I weight around 46 kg. I get cold easily. I am nervous and tensed most of the time. Which Homeopathy medicines should I take for my constipation problem? For last 15-20 days I am not feeling any urge for motion. I have to take Kayam tablet. And sometimes even after taking Kayam tablets I don't get pressure. This Kayam tablet has harmed my colon and had made me dependent. Can I take Hydrastis Canadensis Q (mother tincture) 20 drops in normal water on empty stomach? Yesterday I took Hydrastis Q 20 drops in water at night but it didn't produce motion in next day. Should I take it 3 times a day?
