I good food diet than also I am not able to gain weight and body mass what was the solution to gain body mass.

To gain body mass you should - 1). Do 30 mins of body weight exercise in the morning. 2). Eat energy dense foods like milk, butter, ghee, curd, panner; starchy food like rice, potatoes and bananas. Slowly you will start gaining weight. All the best.
