- To develop your muscles along with exercise you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich food
- have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg including lean meats, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds such as flax, chia, sesame, pumpkin, healthy fats as in avocados, nuts & in fish like salmon, tuna & mackeral
- include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also take as a snack inbetween meals to boost your protein content in diet which will help build muscles.

Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet.
Go to bed Early and get up early in the morning.
