Dear lybrate user, If you have typhoid, you may have persistent weakness for a while which may last for 1 to 2 weeks. Avoid hard food in other words have soft easily digestible food. The intestine becomes very weak in typhoid and there are chances of perforation of intestine when people eat hard RAW or uncooked food. Any non vegetarian food is difficult to digest so avoid fish. give your intestine some rest.
