mein 42 years old ki hu. Mujhe chocolate cyst hai. Last ten years se hai. Mujhe 15 to 20 days heavy bleeding rahta hai last 6 to 7 months se. uterus size but hai. Hypothyroid hai mujhe. High Bp bhi hai. Weight bhut jyada hai 96. Mera weight loose Karna hai. Uterus bulky hai size mean measure 89�53�44 mm. Lt ovary shows a48�34 mm size thick walled cystic lesion with internal dense thick fluid suggest .left sided chocolate cyst. Please give some suggestion.
