Hi PCOS is genetically dependent, it cannot be cured but its effects and symptoms can be controlled with weight control. See a dietician, aim for a 10 percent weight loss and join exercise regime. Diets low in fats and sugar and high on fibre is beneficial.

Hi You need to see a specialist. Take some blood tests and ultrasound to find out the cause. And then accordingly tablets to control and regularise bleeding can be advised.

The best thing to do right now is get blood test beta hcg to confirm pregnancy. It comes positive at the earliest after 12 days of the follicle rupture. If it is positive you can see a gynaecologist for taking suportive medication and if negative then repeat on the expected date.

Per se bicornuate uterus is not an obstacle in concieving. Most of the time having healthy pregnancy is possible. You should try for pregnancy. In case you fail to do so, or suffer miscarriages see a specailist.

Uterus Intramural fibroid size 4.1 cm. Is that serious or normal issue and what is solution of that operation or medicine treatment. My age is 40 years old.

If you don't have any symptoms like pain, heavy bleeding etc. And do not wish to plan pregnancy, fibroids of such size do not require treatment.

You would need to take antibiotics. The cultute report would also have the list of antibiotics that the bacteria is sensitive to. See a specialist for the prescription. The cause for you not being able to father need not be just this. Your wife would also need treatment for egg formation if she has PCOS.

My Wife has AMH level 0.5 and FSH level has 49. She has irregular period and doctor told to go with IVF. We have done IVF with Donor Egg and got success also. My wife got pregnancy and her beta hcg was 265 but when after 8 days from beta hcf first test when we go for ultrasound check up then doctor told no baby showing. Doctor told us to go with beta hcg again and now it was 56. What is the reason behind it? My wife still called pregnant or its miscarriage?

This is a biochemical pregnancy. Really sorry but this IVF is likely failed and misscarried. You would need to try again with IVF donor eggs and your doctor may increase the supportive medications post embryo transfer. Many a times there are no causes for such things but we try to do some extra tests and treatments trying to prevent it.

Taking krimson 35 for last 9 month (Day 5-day 21). And had sex on day 5 of her period and that is the day of taking first krimson for this cycle. Is there any chance to get pregnant.(healthy woman, 22 year, married)

Hi Krimson needs to be taken for 21 days. And then left for 7 days. Taking it for lesser days 17 days (day 5-day 21) and leaving it for longer intervals may not offer any contraceptive benefits (safe sex and no pregnancy). So better is use other methods. However in day 5 of cycle the chances of pregnancy are very very low.

After MTP periods can be a little delayed. This is not due to pregnancy but post abortal irregular making of uterine lining. But as you mentioned your due date to be 3rd August which is almost 1.5 months back, it would be good to get ultrasound. If it was 3rd Sept probably you could wait.

PCOS is a metabolic problem. The solution to which lies in weight reduction. Glycomet helps to normalise metabolic imbalance, may help in weight reduction BUT doesn't help in getting periods directly. More so if you have been found to have insulin resistance IR by means of test which is inability to process glucose well in body, glycomet is a must in atleast twice the dose you taking. If you can reduce weight, you may not need the tablet till then continue. Or get tests for IR done.
