Do some exercise,, jogging,, skipping,,avoid fatty food,,junk food,,take less sugar and sugary products,,take more protein and fruit and veggies,,ur going through growing period of ur life,,Soo u don't need diet control,,just avoid few things and do some work out,,yoga,, skipping,,that's enough
