I am gay relationship with my partner we both are noticed that we are hiv positive 2 months ago I am on art treatment but my partner is not started is treatment yet he is healthy compared to me my cd4 are noticed 160 before started treatment my question is that if I had sex with my partner using proper condom and lube is there any problem will happen? Please clarify my doubt I am in strong love I can't able to live without him.

Use lots of water-based (not oil-based) lube to prevent tearing the skin of the anus. Use latex gloves for anal fingering or fisting. Both of you have the right to insist on using a condom. Oral sex (blow job) There is a small risk of HIV from oral sex if you have bleeding cuts/sores in your mouth, so use a condom when giving and receiving oral sex. STI check-ups Have regular sexual health check-ups to diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Hepatitis is more common amongst MSM.
