Hello doctors Good evening I am going for my higher studies within India to a different place I usually become very much angry about other people's or friends if they tease me or hurt me in any other manner I think it is a bad habit of mine because if I continue this I won't survive or I won't get any friends So how to react when my friends tease me or hurt me please guide me something which helps me to overcome this type of situation.
