Hello Doctor, Sir, my wife is of 25 years. She is suffering from two problems. 1. Inspite of having normal BP, she feels tiny sound in her right ear & suddenly she use to feel her head turning & feels uneasiness & vomiting tendency though she is unnecessarily fatty by figure but eats a little. Its continuing almost 2&1/2 years. It generally happens twice or once in a week or in two week. 2. She has put on unnecessary weight about 65 kgs but she use to take meal a little. We have diogonosted her TSH but it is normal. Sirs, therefore kindly you let me advice what to take necessary steps to recover these problems.
