Hello Sir, In my Spine MRI report, there is mild central disk protrusion at L5-S1, L4-5 and mild annular disk bulge at L2-3, L3-4 level. I am suffering from pain intermittent duration. Kindly suggest shall I go for surgery or not.

If you are getting better you can continue conservatively. In case of no relief or deteriorating. Surgery.

Dear lybrate-user, Follow posture precautions, strictly avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weights. You may start doing low back stretching and strengthening exercises under guidance. Surgery is needed only in more serious cases leading to continuous severe pain or leg weakness. Regards.

Well. Fist choice is physiotherapy for 1 month .if urs syptom reduce thn continue physiotherpy no need of surgry.
