U should try to reduce weight. At least 10kgs. Apart from that do regular pranayam and yoga under guidance before conceiving.

Please do a thyroid function test before you are planning to conceive to check that you are taking the right dose of thyroxine. Also based on your height your bmi is 32. Ideally it should be less than 25 but more than 18. Therefore I would advice you to reduce atleat 7-8 kgs by a combination of diet and exercise before you plan for a pregnancy. High body weight can lead to problems like diabetes, pre-eclampsia and poor wound healing in pregnancy and also increases risks of clot forming in legs.
