Hello Dr. There is always an irritation occurs in my eyes which results in itching and due to this dark circles generates there. Please suggest me some measures to overcome this problem.

Apply cold water 2-3 times aday Ciplox eye drops 3-3-3 drops fro 5 days Cetrizine Take proper sleep and time to time food Avoid using mobile computers tv too much avoid direct sunlight contact You can put aloeveera mask over it for 10 min daily You can put cucumber or potato slice daily for 10 mins Take rich diet like green vegetables carrot dates cereals milk banana beetroot etc Drink atleast 10-15 glass of water a day For day or night.
