CT scan conclusion is Mild Dilation of right PCS and ureter secondary to right UV junction calculus of 7 mm. Please suggest.

It may pass on its own. Take plenty of fluids orally. Mild pain killer antispasmodics when required. If you do not get relief, you may require surgery which is nowadays without any incision. It is done by Ureteroscopy URS, which is done through natural urethral opening and is a pretty Short procedure done by Urologists.
