I had done unsafe sex 10 years ago recently I go for ictc test they collect the blood and after two hours given a report serum nonreactive from virus actually I'm donate blood at the blood bank in this 10 years 3 times they say at that time all tests are perfect your eligible for donate the blood My question is ictc test conclusive and ictc testing procedure and blood bank blood testing procedure they follow guidelines.

There is nothing to worry about it. It happened (unsafe sex) 10 years back. And you are absolutely OK now. And HIV report also found to be negative. Therefore you will not suffering from AIDS.
