I am a student. I am obese having belly. I am obese from birth due to parental genes. So I want to lose weight from 82 to 72. I also want to reduce my belly fat. I am daily walking for 4 kms in morning. But now in addition to it one of my friend suggested to use multivitamin capsule in afternoon instead of taking food. SO IS IT GOOD OR BAD SIR. DAILY I CAN SPEND UPTO 1 hr FOR EXERCISE. SO please also SUGGEST SOME EXERCISE TO REDUCE BELLY FAT. Please help. Me .Thanking you. I am a medical student studying MBBS 2nd year. So please help me.
