I am a student. I am obese having belly. I am obese from birth due to parental genes. So I want to lose weight from 82 to 72. I also want to reduce my belly fat. I am daily walking for 4 kms in morning. But now in addition to it one of my friend suggested to use multivitamin capsule in afternoon instead of taking food. SO IS IT GOOD OR BAD SIR. Short cuts will not help. Just a multiviamin inplace of wholesome lunch isn't right. Exercise regularly (1 hour is good) with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well.
